Hubbard Bowers began thirty years ago when a young energetic North Carolina native decided to leave a management position in the insurance industry and begin a career in the field of real estate and property management. Dick Hubbard was ready for the responsibility of running his own business. His mantra of 'Honesty, Energy, and Reliability' still serves as the creed for the company. In 2002 Robert Bowers joined Dick as a sales associate. Robert had a background in sales and had invested in residential rental properties and had a passion for houses. It was a perfect fit. In 2008 Robert became the Broker-in-Charge of the business and strives to maintain the reputation of responsive, customer focused service. Hubbard Bowers offers all of the amenities of a full service real estate brokerage including buyer representation, strategic sales and marketing, and property management and leasing. Hubbard Bowers serves the greater metropolitan Columbia area and enjoys full membership in the Columbia Multiple Listing Service.
